Our prices are decent and reasonable for the quality bathroom installations we deliver. We are cost effective with no large overhead, shop, office or any hired/subcontracted bathroom fitters or managers. We work hands-on all tasks and may invite specialist worker from time to time. Save the £££ with us.

Minor carpentry works
Install new bathroom fixtures in existing locations with adjusting and refreshing of accessible plumbing that services this bathroom
1st and 2nd fix minor electrical works: downlights, extractor fan with timer and isolator switch, shaver socket, mirror cabinet
Prepare walls and sub flooring prior to tiling
Install ditra/durabase mat uncoupling membrane
Tank wet areas
Tile shower or bath enclosure
Tile floor
Install one wall recess niche for bath/shower
Tile splashback above basin
Install shower or bath glass panel or door
Install fittings and accessories
Make good and paint walls/ceiling/woodwork

Rough materials that include: wiring and switches, piping and fittings, timber and fasteners, boards and tanking, bonding and sealers, tiling adhesive and grout, paint and sealants: £600-1200

Arrange one time bathroom waste removal service or 8 cubic yard skip: £300

Design

We can draw bathroom in 2d and 3d using modern CAD software. Price is £100, which is credited to you if you go ahead with works.
